Created in 1982, L’EPICURIEN was in the beginning a delicatessen in Paris, specialised since the 19th century in the production of home-made jams.
After more than 15 years of development of this retail activity, Mr Bernard Le Gulvout decided to focus exclusively on the traditional production of jam and savoury products.
As more and more retailers wanted to distribute his products, he left in 1990 his scullery, opened his first workshop and went on writing his recipe book.
Very rapidly the premises became too small and in 1997 he decided to move to the heard of a major fruit and vegetable growing area : the Languedoc Roussillon.
As the years went by he has established reliable relationships with some producers and guarantees so today a supplying of top quality ingredients which enable him to offer you the best all over the year.
