The passion fruit is the fruit of the passion-flower, a plant from South America, introduced in Europe in the 16th century. The fruit rind is not edible. The pulp is usually green/pink, juicy, sweet, acidic and very flavoursome.Coconut is the fruit of the coconut tree, a tree that grows between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn. Coconuts fall at maturity. The inside of the fruit is coated with 1 to 2 cm of white pulp, called copra. The centre of the nut is hollow, filled with a sweet clear liquid: the coconut water. This liquid turns into pulp as it ripens.INGREDIENTS: Prepared with 50g of fruits per 100g. Total sugar content: 61g per 100g.
