Located
deeply inland in the Pays d'Oc, the largest vineyard throughout the
world,
L'Epicurien naturally wanted to play homage to the vineyard with a
grape-based product range.
So was born the Raisiné de Montpellier, an old and popular
speciality from the Languedoc that had vanished since 1910.
Here is a blend of fruits and vegetables cooked in grape juice
that we wanted to revive. L'Epicurien also offers Prunes pickled
in Vin de Pays d'Oc but also Pieces of Cristallized White Grapes ;
those are unique fruit jellies with a deep Muscat taste.
Their typicity, revealed through their distinctive colour and texture,
their slightly sour flavour, is given by the use of an highly selected
grape juice. Last but not least, our Wine jellies called "Confit
de Vin" prepared with the best varieties of Pays d'Oc and our
Cartagène du Languedoc Confit... All of them make a very sunny
range.
