The secret of our Fruit Spreads is a cooking process in cauldron as it was in the past with more fruits that slowly melt in grape juice concentrate (true fruit sugars made of a balanced blending : 50% glucose) used as a subtitute for saccharose.
This gives birth to a well balanced product containing less sugar than a classic even a top of the range jam and where the delicate flavour of fruits is highly revealed.
