Instant jam ice cream (with or without an ice cream maker)

INGREDIENTS 

For 4-6 people

• 1 330 g jar of L'Épicurien jam of your choice ( Pina Colada , Wild Blackberry , Blueberry , etc.)
• 3 Greek yoghurts (450 g)
• 20 cl liquid full cream

PREPARATION

With ice cream maker :

Mix all the ingredients and pass through the turbine, then enjoy!

Without ice cream maker :

Whisk all the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture.

Place in a cold-tolerant container.

Leave to set for 2h to 2h30 in the freezer.

Taste immediately.

Don't leave it longer, the ice could "glitter", it's less pleasant.
