Christmas tree puff pastries with spread

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes

INGREDIENTS 

For about 8 trees

• 1 puff pastry (preferably square)
• 1 jar of L'Épicurien spread of your choice ( Mushroom Cream with Parmesan , Festive Chestnut Cream , Pumpkin Cream with Black Truffle , etc.)

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

If the puff pastry is not square, cut it evenly so as to obtain a square.

Spread the spread over the pastry square.

Then cut strips about 1.5 cm thick.

Fold each strip like an accordion, gradually widening the size of the lengths and ensuring that the end you started with is still aligned in the center.

Place the puff pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pastries are puffed and golden to your liking.

Serve immediately as an aperitif!
